It's Good to Be Flexible


Remember to be flexible in your schedule.  The below are my guidelines and all days are interchangeable based on my schedule and how my body feels.  A mile walked is better than not walking a mile at all.

POST SOFTBALL SEASON WORKOUT
DO MORE, OFTEN


Monday – Run or Hike or Ride ‘Cross – MarinFit Circuit Work Out (Active Recovery)

Tuesday – MTB Tam, Skywalker, Backside 680, China Camp – MarinFit Circuit Work Out

Wednesday – Ride ‘Cross – MarinFit Circuit Work Out

Thursday – Long Hike – MarinFit Circuit Work Out

Friday – MTB Tam, Skywalker, Backside 680, China Camp or Hike Long and Slow (Active Recovery) – MarinFit Circuit Work Out

Saturday – MTB Tam, Skywalker, Backside 680, China Camp
Hike or Run
Sunday – Early Road Ride
Hike or Run
