Okay - time for the week in review as far as my workouts went:

Monday - Marin Fit Circuit Work Out
Tuesday - Tempo Wind Trainer Ride - Marin Fit Circuit Work Out
Wednesday - Interval Trainer Ride: 10 mins warm up, 10 x 1 on 1 off and 10 mins cool down, Marin Fit Circuit Work Out
Thursday - Tempo Wind Trainer Ride - Marin Fit Circuit Work Out
Friday - Marin Fit Circuit Work Out
Saturday - 1 hour 30 mins Cyclocross ride, Marin Fit Circuit Work Out
Sunday  - OFF
