I am not sure if you have noticed or not, but there are no ads on this website. I am not trying to make money from blogging or from clicks. I am trying to get the public healthy and fit and happy with themselves through a short, intense circuit workout and communion with the beauty of nature in a way that is both manageable for any schedule and fun at the same time.
