Day 2 - Part Deux


Day 2 for your perusal:

  • Work 4 AM - 1 PM
  • Breakfast - 2 pieces Ezekiel Toast with Egg and Tomato and Cucumber
  • Lunch - 1.5 Cups Lentil, Chicken Sausage and Kale Soup
  • Jog - 2:00 - 2:45 PM
  • MF Circuit Work Out 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM
  • Post Exercise Meal - Muscle Milk, Almond Milk, Frozen Berry Shake
  • Softball Practice (I Coach) - 4:30 - 8:00 
  • Dinner (Soon) - Salad Loaded with Veggies, Kitchen Sink Style
  • Shower
  • Lots of Water
  • Bed
