Simply put a rest day is simply an active non-ride day. Translation: I hike. With a Camera. I soak up the wonderful views we are afforded for living in one of the least affordable places in the world. THAT is why Marin Fit is inexpensive and for everyone. No gym membership. No equipment to buy. All you need are a pair of running shoes and desire.
