- Work - 4 AM to 1 PM
- Breakfast - Lentil Sausage and Kale Soup
- Lunch - Handful of Almonds and an Apple
- Hike/Trail Run - 1 hour
- MF Circuit Work Out - 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM
- Dinner - Chicken, Brown Rice and Broccoli
- Walk Dog - 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM
- Beer - 1 Large
- Shower
- Lots of Water
- Bed
