- Work - 4:00 AM - 1 PM
- Breakfast - 2 Cups Lentil, Chicken Sausage and Kale Soup
- Lunch - 1.5 Cups Lentil, Chicken Sausage and Kale Soup
- Ride - 2:00 PM - 3 PM
- MF Circuit Work Out 3:15 PM - 3:45 PM
- Post Exercise Meal - 1 Slice Ezekiel Bread topped with Fried Egg and Pepper Plant Sauce
- Walk Dog - 4:15 - 4:45
- Dinner (Soon) - Salad Loaded with Veggies, Kitchen Sink Style
- Catch for My Daughter While She Pitches - 6:00 PM - 6:40 PM
- Shower
- Lots of Water
- Bed
