- Lunch - 1.5 Cups Lentil, Chicken Sausage and Kale Soup
- Jog - 2:00 - 2:45 PM
- MF Circuit Work Out 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM
- Post Exercise Meal - Muscle Milk, Almond Milk, Frozen Berry Shake
- Softball Practice (I Coach) - 4:30 - 8:00
- Dinner (Soon) - Salad Loaded with Veggies, Kitchen Sink Style
- Shower
- Lots of Water
- Bed
