Marin Fit - More Than a State of Body; It's a State of Mind
Marin Fit is more than a state of body; it's a state of mind. No gyms here. I prefer to commune with nature while exploring the satisfaction of exercise. Marinites have a natural glow of outdoor fitness; no fake tans, no fake muscles, just plenty of long, lean musculature found only in nature’s creatures. If you agree check us out and get on the program. Email marinfitforyou [at] gmail.com. We look forward to working with you on your way to a lean, long and fitter self.

I Have Been Busy
I have been super duper busy. Active too. Mostly on the trainer and doing the Marin Fit Circuit. But the trainer comes to an end later this week, as long as the rain stays away. So stay tuned and check out the Strava feed.
Be well,
J

Get Organized
Okay okay, my home office may not look organized to you but I can assure you it is. I know where everything is because it is in its place. A well organized space leads to a well organized person which, in turn, can lead to success. I have my essentials an arms length away. I have inspirational material in a line of sight, though not in a place of distraction. And while you cannot see the whole of my tiny space, everything I need to keep my life in order, on paper .... or computer screen, is in there. Give it a try. Works for me.
Out,
J
PS - I have exercised every day of 2016 and my goal is to continue on this path. even it means a walk with ol B-Boy, solely doing the Marin Fit Circuit, a run, a hike, a ride anything as long as I break a sweat. You in?

No Ecuses
There are literally no excuses for not getting outside and going for a walk ... especially if you have one of these (see photo above) at home. That's B-Boy. He's the best dog ever.
